Important Information about LAN Finals

Where is it located?

The LAN Finals will be held at NXT LVL Gaming, in Miami, FL, USA.

What do I bring?

In addition to the normal stuff you bring when you travel (passport, luggage, clothes, toiletries, etc), be sure to bring your own Mouse, Keyboard, and Headset. It may be prudent to bring spares as well. While every computer is equipped with their own mouse, keyboard, and headset, and you are more than welcome to use those, you may feel more comfortable with your own.

What is the tournament format?

All matches up to the semi finals will be a best of 3.

Semi-Finals will be Best of 5.

Grand Finals will be Best of 7 on Sunday October 16th.

What expenses are being covered?

All eight qualifying teams will receive hotel rooms - 2 Rooms Per Team - Checking in on October 13 and checking out October 16th

  • UPDATE: We have raised enough money through the GoFundMe to Pay for the flights and Hotels for ALL OF THE TEAMS!

  • The Winners of the following Qualifiers will also have the flights for their five team members paid for (regardless of how much money is raised through GoFundMe): These teams will be known as Bracket A.

    • NA Qualifier 1

    • NA Qualifier 2

  • Money Raised through GoFundMe will first go to paying the Flights for the following teams: These teams will be known as Bracket B

    • Winner of NA Last Chance Qualifier

    • Winner of EU Last Chance Qualifier

    • Winner of KR Qualifier 2

  • Fish Bros Heroes League has graciously offered to pay for the flights of the winners of KR Qualifier 1

What’s the fine print of expenses being covered?

  • Each team on Bracket A All teams will receive five round trip tickets from the player’s home airport to either MIA (Miami International Airport) or FLL (Fort Lauderdale International Airport). Airport chosen will be at the discretion of Heroes International. There is a Tri-Rail Train System that takes you from FLL to MIA. We do not pay for any ticket upgrades such as: Seat Selection, Checked In Bags, In-Flight Dining and Wi-Fi.

  • We do not pay for any expenses occurred going to and from the airport, including but not limited to: Parking, Food and Drinks consumed, rideshare/taxis to and from the airport.

  • We do not pay for Visa and Visa related expenses

  • Teams on Bracket B will be subject to the same conditions as teams on Bracket A provided enough money is raised through GoFundMe

  • All teams will receive 2 Rooms each. We will do our absolute best to ensure every room has 2 beds and either a sofa, sofa bed, or rollaway bed.

  • Unless otherwise approved by Heroes International, check-in will be on October 13th and Check-Out will be on October 16th.

  • Room incidentals are not covered and may be deducted from your Prize Pool money (mini-bar usage, cleaning fees, room service, etc).

  • Transportation to and from NXT LVL Gaming is not covered.

  • Players will not receive a per-diem.
