Hotels have been booked for the dates of Thursday 10/13/22 to Monday 10/17/22. We have booked two different hotels for this event as we were unable to accommodate everyone in the same hotel.

Flight Information
All flights have already been booked. If you are unable to locate your flight information, please contact psykiv#5731 on discord.
IMPORTANT: Please remember to check in 24 hours prior to your flight. You may not be let on the plane if you do not check in. You may check in online using the confirmation number given to you when the flight was booked.
It is recommended for teams to rent a car at the airport for the duration of your visit in Miami. It would most likely end up cheaper than taking an Uber or a Lyft everywhere. Stick to the large international car rental agencies - Hertz, Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Sixt, National, Alamo - and avoid the smaller car rental agencies. Note that many car rental agencies have a requirement where you must be 25 or older to rent a car. Other agencies may impose a surcharge to renters under 25. Car rental agencies will typically require a CREDIT CARD (debit card and pre-paid cards will NOT be accepted.)
If you are flying into Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport, you can take the Tri-Rail train system that runs along South Florida. Taking a train between airports costs under $10 each way. Please check their website for their train schedule and more details.
Please note that we do not reimburse for any transportation expenses occurred going to and from airports, hotels, venue, etc.

Live Spectator Information
We will have a limited amount of spectator seating inside the venue. We will also have outdoor seating set up with multiple TV’s outside playing the stream. Spectator admission is FREE and is available on a first come first serve basis. We will not be able to reserve or hold any seating. Standing spectators may be asked to step outside if the venue becomes too crowded.
Player Information
All players and staff will be given a Lanyard with a badge to easily distinguish them from spectators. We ask that all players and staff wear them at all times while inside the venue. We ask that all players please arrive on time.
We would also like to remind all players to bring their own peripherals - Mouse, Keyboards, Headsets, etc. While players are more than welcome to use our own, they may be more comfortable with theirs. Players may also want to consider bringing extra batteries, cables, and even spare peripherals just in case. If your peripheral requires special configuration, you may want to bring a USB drive with your settings.
Computer Information
All of our computers have the following specifications: Intel i7-10700, NVIDIA RTX 3090 24GB, 16GB DDR4 RAM, Asus VG259QM 24” 280HZ Monitor, AT&T 5Gigabit Fiber Optic Internet with Dedicated Static IP Addresses. As we are a Blizzard Cafe, all Heroes will be unlocked for use while you are playing at the venue, even if you don’t own them. This means that players that only play in EU or KR will be able to log in to the NA server and have all Heroes Unlocked, even if they have never even logged in to the NA Servers.
Please be sure to remember your battle.net user name and password. If you use a battle.net authenticator, do not forget to bring it.
All computers will be factory reset when there is a team change. The process takes about 5 minutes and ensures everything goes smoothly.
As our production will include live listen-ins, all computers will be logged in to our discord server using our house discord accounts. Please disable in game chat and use our discord accounts for in game coms. You may choose whether to use Push to Talk or Open Mic.

NXT LVL Gaming only offers snacks (candy, chips, cookies) and non-alcoholic drinks (Soft Drinks, Energy Drinks, Sports Drinks, and water). For meals we have the following restaurants located in the same shopping plaza:
SpecialTEA Lounge - Tea lounge offering over 60 loose leaf teas and tisanes, blended coffee and boba drinks. They also offer a selection of Paninis, Salad, Wraps, Bowls, all with Vegetarian and Vegan Options.
Pronto Pizza - Pizza place offering homemade pizzas, pastas, and subs.
Tiago’s Tacos - Offering Tacos, Burritos, Bowls, Nachos, Quesadillas, and all your Tex-Mex favorites.
Dunkin Donuts - Chain fast service restaurant offering coffee, doughnuts, and other breakfast items.
You are also more than welcome to order delivery (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc) to the venue.
